The company has signed an agreement on the acquisition of the site in the center of Saint-Petersburg and is beginning the implementation of a new business class project. The residential complex with the authorial architecture will be built on a plot of 0.8 hectares in a prestigious location, on the Trolley street 17-19, in close proximity to Nevsky Prospect. According to Dmitry Konovalov, managing partner of Glorax Development, the volume of investments in the project will be about 2.3 billion rubles.
The complex of variable number of storeys is designed for more than 200 apartments. On the first floor of the building there are commercial premises, on the lower level — underground parking.
A significant advantage of the project is the rich infrastructure of the development area, which will make living in the complex not only convenient but also status. Nevsky Prospekt with its main sights is within walking distance. Accessibility, in addition to the main city highway, will provide the metro station “Ploschad Alexandra Nevskovo ” and ” Ploschad Vosstaniya” and for travel lovers and those who often go on business trips – close to Moskovsky railway station.
The total project area will amount to more than 32 000 sq. m. The start of the construction is scheduled for summer 2018.
