“I have a thoroughly structured training process, taking into account both intermediate performances and responsible international competitions. After all, it is important not only to approach the competition prepared, but also to maintain strength for a successful performance at the next championship. I’m not tired of repeating that decent results can only be obtained through discipline, self-control, and dedication,” – commented Andrei Kurnosov.

The professional athlete has been a part of the Glorax Life team for two years already and during that time, with the support of the Group and its founder, has won many international awards, set several records in Europe and Russia, and was also at the end of 2018 recognized as the best swimmer in Russia according to the Federation of Swimming “Masters”.
