A rating by M2Market analytical center, prepared on the basis of data by Rosreestr (the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadaster, and Cartography), was carried out to rank residential and non-residential apartment sales. Golden City gained popularity with executive segment buyers thanks to its vivid architectural concept featuring golden decorative fixtures, numerous scenic view, two-storey, and terraced apartments. The project is being implemented on the Gulf of Finland’s front line. The project has won several Russian and international professional awards. For example, in 2016 Golden City won the European Property Awards in the category Housing Construction in Russia. In 2020, the project was titled a 5-Star Facility according to the 11th annual international award Real Estate Market Records.
