“The performance in South Korea is one of the most difficult in my practice, because due to the time difference, I had to go out some distances without a daily sleep. In addition, complex climatic zone and local food, not suitable for high-quality recovery between performances, became evident. Despite all this, I managed to show an excellent result and for the first time to win the title of Vice-World Champion! I am grateful to the entire Glorax Life team for their support,” – Andrei Kurnosov shared his impressions of participating in the World Championship.

A professional athlete has been a member of the Glorax Life team for two years and during this time, with the support of the Group and its founder Andrei Birzhin, he won numerous international awards, set several records in Europe and Russia, and in 2018 was named the best swimmer of Russia by the “Masters” Swimming Federation.
